Project Description:
PLGU Apayao availed of our DIY Scanning offering, which includes a high-speed document scanner, Archive One Cloud, a cloud-based document management system, and Archive One Capture, an automated indexing software. They kickstarted their digital transformation journey with several goals in mind—to limit the number of copies of documents, reduce the cost of their records management, make search and retrieval of documents faster and easier, and free up valuable physical space.
PLGU Apayao opted to scan their documents with their small team of 3 personnel, capture the contents of each of their documents through Archive One Capture, and store their digital documents centrally in Archive One Cloud DMS.

PLGU Apayao chose Archive One Cloud mainly for its affordability and easy implementation. For as low as 4,999 pesos/month, they will be able to store up to 1 million pages and have secure access for at least 20 users.

Systematic management of records. With Archive One Cloud, PLGU Apayao is able to systematically control the distribution, use, preservation, and disposition of records.
Controlled document copies are maintained in Archive One Cloud and accessed only by authorized users.
Easier document retrieval. PLGU Apayao can easily retrieve their documents in just seconds, thereby promoting productivity and efficiency and reducing transaction time.
